How do I reset my quiz progress?

Go to the Profile section and select "Reset Progress" to start fresh. Note that this will clear your saved scores.

Why isn’t my score saving?

Ensure you’re logged in and have an internet connection for cloud saves. Local scores are saved automatically to your device.

How can I change my theme?

Visit the Profile page to select a new theme (default, dark, or light) and save your preferences.

What do I do if the game freezes?

Try refreshing the page or restarting the app. If the issue persists, contact us via the Contact Us page.

Can I play offline?

Yes! Knowledge Quest works offline for single-player mode, but leaderboards and cloud saves require an internet connection.
